In addition to the normal software usage costs for the EHR and its support, ModuleMD will have the following fees: "one-time" fees for set-up and training of the EHR system; "one-time" fees to integrate its certified EHR technology with a hospital's other certified EHR Modules or a health information exchange organization or a lab or a radiology system; "one-time" and annual maintenance fees for Direct Messaging module and monthly fees for ePrescription.

ModuleMD WISE™ 9.0 holds Certificate No. 15.04.04.2003.Modu.09.0.1.160728, certified 7/28/2016, effective date 2015 Edition, certified for modules 170.315(d)(1,2,4-7,9), and 170.315(g)(4-9).

Costs and Limitations: This product is currently undergoing module certification. Upon completion of certification of all modules, this product will require a one-time license fee, one-time implementation service fees, and ongoing monthly subscription fees. ModuleMD WISE™ 9.0 customers will receive new versions as no-charge updates. Monthly and annual fees are listed in the contract and selected based on user preference. These include: 1. Electronic Prescribing: This certified product-version will require an on-going monthly subscription fee per provider for electronic prescribing capability which includes drug-drug/drug-allergy interactions, drug formulary checks, and clinical information reconciliation (170.315.a.4, 170.315.a.10, 170.315.b.3, 170.315.b.2). Electronic prescriptions may only be transmitted to pharmacies enrolled with Allscripts/DrFirst via Surescripts. 2. Electronic faxing: This certified product-version will require a per-instance fee for electronic faxing, with no known limitations.
