ModuleMD is a leading SaaS for medical practices in the US. Our solutions include an all-in-one Practice Management (PM), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Specialty-focused software together with a Managed Billing Service. We are looking for an energetic, customer friendly, and innovative Implementation Specialist to join our Client Services team.

Role: Implementation Specialist (Practice Management)

Location: US (Anywhere, remote position)

Responsibilities:

  • Execute and participate in implementation activities.
  • Conducting product demos and trainings to a live audience or pre-recorded sessions
  • Act as the Product SME providing guidance to customer on best practices and operational procedures of using our PM Software. The implementation specialist will gather and document the requirements, configure the product, provide training, and test to ensure that it is working as expected per customer provided specifications.
  • Creating a customer-specific project plan and helping to ensure customers meet deadlines on time in accordance with their identified implementation plan
  • Understanding ModuleMD’s goals, software, services, and strategic initiatives in order to effectively communicate information to the customer
  • Taking initiative to foster collaboration and team building within Client Services and offering new ideas for process improvement, etc.
  • Attending prospect/sales visits as needed either on-site or remotely
  • Attend customer calls involving strategic planning sessions, kick-off visits, status visits, appropriate optimization visits, physician advisory meetings and executive steering committee, or other C-level meetings.

What You Should Have:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Medical Billing and/or Practice Management software
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
  • PMP Certification and Project Management experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of software architecture and hardware requirements
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Comfortable interacting with all levels of management
  • High level of initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Understanding of healthcare industry practices, a plus, but not required
