Our solutions include an all-in-one Practice management, Electronic Health Records, and Revenue Cycle Management software together with a Managed Billing Service and software department. We are looking for an experiencedEHR Support Specialist to join our client services team.

Job Title        : Support Specialist required on an immediate basis.

Location        : Hyderabad (Currently work from home)

Experience    :  4 years to 7 years

Shift             : US hours – Night shift (5:30 Pm TO 2:30Am IST)

Role              : Permanent position

Responsibilities:

  • EHR Support Specialist, primarily responsible for handling and resolving incoming support cases related to all aspects of EHR logged via phone, web, and email.
  • Responds and assists customers instantly upon request and follows up on previous interactions to ensure issue resolution.
  • Responsible for providing real-time support to physicians, nurses, and other caregivers and quickly recognizing technical issues by listening, understanding, and answering questions from the client over the phone on how to use the software. 
  • Resolving incoming support cases related to all aspects of EHR logged via phone, web, and email.
  • Escalate cross-departmental product issues to the appropriate department.
  • Rotate on after-hours emergency support call team.
  • Work with Account Managers.
  • Use, protect and disclose patients’ PHI and e-PHI only following Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) standards.

Qualifications /Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in US healthcare as a support 
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and standards, including HIPAA, as well as technical troubleshooting abilities.
  • High-Speed Internet Service to software as well as other required programs to support job functions.
  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as OneNote.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience not mandatory, but preferred working on HUBSPOT CRM or any other Salesforce.
  • Ability to work Night shifts & work on-call for emergency support on a rotational basis.
  • Ability to interact with various interdepartmental professionals.
  • Flexible and adjusts to change easily & creates effective working relationships.
  • Multi-tasking computer skills, ability to work with multiple screens and systems simultaneously.
  • Standard typing skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
